The AI bots that get more dates than you

There is a fear of robots taking over human jobs, especially in places like factories, but humans have seemed to have an advantage when interaction is needed. Until now, a San Francisco start-up has created bots to work in sales and the emails and text messages the bots send seem so real people think they're human. Eric Chemi reports.
